PROPERTIES

Rose petals (Rosa centifolia) – Rose petals are rich in antioxidants and are powerful mood-enhancers that promote vitality, stress relief and overall health.

Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) – An effective herb for anxious states and nervous related symptoms such as tension headaches, migraines and insomnia. 

Linden flowers (Tilia spp.) – Contains anxiolytic and sedative properties that promote calm. May also assist in treating the common cold.

Lemon verbena (Alousia triphylla) – Helpful for digestive complaints, agitation, exhaustion and for assisting insomnia. Lemon verbena may also help manage symptoms of PMS and severity of colds and flu.
